Water feature (Beaumaris LL58)

I have this water feature which needs a good wipe. All made of resin so not rotten parts. The motor is not working, but i think it needs a new solar panel. If anyone has an inkling how to fix it, or can put in a new working bit then please give it a new life. Squirrel included.
