Pond plants in need of a pond (BN1)

I have a few pond plants but I'm getting rid of my pond (it isn't a wildlife pond and is just a trip hazard in a paved space).

You're welcome to break them up a bit or take them whole (I would prefer that though!)

I would love them to have a life somewhere else.
