Time-expired life raft (Penrhos Garnedd LL57)

This is a 4 man life raft, last inspected in 2022, but originally manufactured in 1997. It should not be used as a life raft, but I have heard that they can make a decent paddling pool or even a play tent. Otherwise it will have to go to the tip, which is a waste. Collect Penrhosgarnedd or I can deliver if close to Bangor.
