Giving away our DeLonghi ECAM 23.460, approx. 6 years old. It’s a bean-to-cup machine with built-in grinder, milk carafe, and digital controls for custom drinks.

The good:
    • Grinder and espresso functions work perfectly
    • Makes great black coffee (espresso, lungo, Americano)
    • Hot water outlet is working
    • Recently descaled

The issue:
    • Milk system isn’t frothing properly – just fires steam
    • Sometimes works briefly if the milk carafe is very cold
    • I’ve replaced the o-rings and milk straw with no improvement

No manual steam wand, but the rest of the machine is in decent shape. Could be great for parts or someone who’s handy with repairs.
I've Ended up replacing it but listing on here incase its an easy fix for somebody who knows how who can the get a few more years out of it.
