queen bed frame + boxspring (first hill)

ISO: free bed frame set up queen sized (only have the mattress part)
 Moved into my own apartment finally got a REAL MATRESS! but don't have a frame or boarding. Idk if you even need boxsprings or if you can have just a matress on a frame but w.e. works I just need the matress off the floor bc it kills my back & knees getting up n down from the ground constantly. Thank you!
