Defrosting food! (Shotover OX3)

I have a drawer of food that I’ve had to take out from the freezer- chicken, raw prawns and various other things! I don’t think it should go back into a freezer but it’s defrosting in my fridge so if anyone wants to collect today and tomorrow to cook it this weekend please do! Unfortunately my family is away and I won’t get through it alone!
