Strimmer - needs fixing (Whiteway)

Strimmer with manual. It stopped working while my dad was using it and I haven’t tried fixing it - it may be as simple as a new cutting line or the cutting line being caught up - or it could be anything else. If you’re handy you may be able to fix it.
