Large metal container. Bird seed? (West Farleigh ME15)

We have a large metal container like a bucket with a lid. Originally used to keep bird feed safe from rodents when stored in a shed. Could be used for pretty much anything though. It has clips that go over the lid to hold it on. I'd guess it's about 20 litre capacity. It's about 38 cm tall and the top is 35cm diameter. Collection from West Farleigh.
