TINKERERS: Semi-working hand vac (Parker Ave at Pearl, Aurora)

This is an older Dyson rechargeable hand vacuum. The battery charges and seems to HOLD the charge for a good while, but the suction tends to turn off after a few seconds--maybe there is a loose connection in the switch? If you think you can fix it, it's yours; otherwise I'll just send it in for recycling. Thanks for looking!
