Bicycle (Lower Weston)

Step-thru city bike. 7-speed hub gears, 6W dynamo with new front and rear lights. It's large and would suit someone 5' 9"+. It need a bit of TLC - the gears all work but there's a problem with the shifter. 1st -> 7th is fine and 7th -> 6th -> 5th works, as does 4th->3rd->2nd->1st. But the shift between 5th->4th gets stuck.
