salwar kameez or lahenga (Hoddesdon EN11)

for thin girl height 4'11" to attend wedding. When replying, please advise measurements and whether there are any adjustable parts so that it can be decided if it fits. Chest size and length of bottom part please. We don't expect it will be worn more than once so I am trying to reduce our impact on the environment. Thanks in advance
