Plywood or MDF 18cm (Reading RG2)

Hi I want to make a couple of kitchen wall cabinet doors so looking for some plywood or MDF it needs to be 18cm thick 72 cm high and 64 cm wide or 2 at 32 cm I'm going paint or sticky back plastic it grey so not bothered if it's been painted or stained I'd be very grateful and can pick up
