Gnomes (Burnham on sea Central TA8)

Hi all, I have these two delightful lady gnomes requiring a new home and maybe some tweakments....
Approximately 3 feet tall, fairly sure they have been touched up with acrylics so not waterproof I guess.
Would need a spray of varnish before dwelling outside again I imagine. Have been meaning to give them a makeover but I just don't have the time, or the space really. One has a couple of 'holes' , could be used as is but do have some pieces that could be glued on.
Can somebody PLEASE give them a new garden to enjoy?! They have been sat in the back of beyond for way too long!
