Childs (6yo) bicycle with gears? (Alltwen SA8)

Would anyone have an old childs bicycle they want to get rid of please?

My 6 year old daughter loves riding her bike so much she tires herself out!
She'd be able to go so much further if she had one with gears.
Not expecting perfection, happy to do some repairs if necessary, and collect of course.
