Electrical thermostat or element for water heater (Ealing W5)

Hi, Does anyone have an electrical water heater thermostat or element please? I have actually had mine replaced twice as I was told the first one was faulty. But even still when I turn the temperature up, it is causing the fuse box to trip. I believe there is power to the element but I'm not sure if that could be it either. Thanks, Nina
