It works but the cable got slightly melted, plug could be repositioned creating a shorter cord or someone could replace the wire. Collector responsible for ensuring own personal safety if using this item. I was using it with insulation tape over the damaged area until I purchased a new one. Collect asap with acknowledgment of defects.
