Old-style PCI (*not* PCI express!) DVB-T TV card.
Still works with Freeview and was used to record TV using MythTV on Linux.
Note that it says HD on it, but it is not a T2 card so can't do Freeview HD; it was HD for some sort of early experiments with HD on DVB-T, which are no longer running.
