Prickle strip to discourage digging by dogs or foxes (Anstey LE7)

This is a plastic strip of blunt spikes to discourage digging. We used it on our flower beds for a few weeks before we realised a gate was going to be more practical to keep the dog off a specific area of the garden. In theory plants will grow through it but we didn't get that far to test it. The spikes are not sharp but are uncomfortable for animals to walk on.

There are 6 strips each measuring 200 x 28cm, and metal ground pegs to hold it in place.
