It’s now time to pass this on as my two are sadly too grown up for it.

In good condition as we’ve repainted it several times. One window is cracked as per photo but easily replaced with new Perspex (we did this with the door). Still watertight but felt looking a bit worn on the roof. Comes with made to measure curtains and carpet tiles. Collection from Redbourn. Must be able to dismantle yourself. Priority to who can collect soonest.
