Slimming or Cavitation machine (Gainsborough DN21)

Hi my daughter is a bit obese and feels really insecure about her body and this year is her school prom she has tried a lot to lose the weight even starving herself and going to the gym but nothing has worked I want her to feel better about herself and gain her self esteem back so I will be really grateful if anyone can do this
