Pair of bicycle panniers (Withington M20)

They're about 20 years old, they're from Aldi and they've given me good service. They have built in rain covers which zip into a pocket underneath (see second picture) which are probably showerproof rather than waterproof but I've never had occasion to test them; and the straps are a bit frayed. The carrying handle on one of them is so frayed it's broken off (ringed in red on second picture). They hook onto a carrier (yellow rings in second picture) and are prevented from flapping (too much) by the velcro straps (outlined in orange). I've always used bungee cords as well (not supplied).
