evergreen shrub (Elworth CW11)

This shrub is surplus to our requirements. Not sure what it is. The leaves are variegated red/green. It's about 80 cms tall and 60 cms across and seems slow growing. Bare rooted and having a drink at present. Trug not included. Collection from Sandbach CW11.
