Works brilliantly. Goes up/down as well as increase/decrease resistance. Only reason I’m getting rid of it is because hubbie has bought us a gym membership. 😊
Plug it into a normal socket. Collection only. I’ve used Shipley before for big eBay items. They might be able to collect this. We live Junctions 13 of M4 or 5 mins from A34
