Double Duvet (Kelsall CW6)

Can anyone use a 15 Tog double quilt? Slumberland polyester holofill that we have aired in the sun for several days. It has also been sprayed with a disinfectant to ensure that it is clean. Old but we've not used it in years as it is just too hot for us.
