103 Long, 39 deep, 31 high. Cloth. Comes apart in 2 sections to go down one flight of stairs and down the elevator. Has an ink stain In a part of the bench cushion that is hide-able. Otherwise in very good shape. I think I paid $12000. Found one I prefer.
