Newborn Car Carrier/All-in-one pram (Tangmere, Chichester)

I would be so grateful if anyone has a car carrier for a newborn they now no longer want or use. Also looking for a second hand baby pushchair/pram or all in one car carrier which converts to pushchair. Please contact me if you have either of these. Many thanks. Jose
