TCP WiFi radiator (not working) (The Grange EH9)

Currently it does not heat and/or the wifi doesn't work. It would suit the hobbiest who might fancy having a go at fixing it. If you get it working, you could switch it remotely to cosy up your workshop before you go there. Anyway ... yours ...
