Roland Keyboard for spares? (Bear Flat)

Roland U-20 RS-PCM keyboard, about 30 years old, which has suffered some damage because the glue holding the keyboard weights has melted. Not sure how this happened but apparently it was a known problem in Roland keyboards of that era. We haven't taken it apart, but the glue could very easily have penetrated inside.

It would cost a lot more than it is worth to repair it (involving hot caustic soda, etc) but can anyone use bits of it for spares?
