Office swivel chair (SK6 Stockport)

Can anyone make use of this office swivel chair before it goes to the tip? It fully works goes up and down fine and is good and sturdy, only issue is the leather has started coming off at the sides of the back rest as seen in the pictures. Other than that it’s a good chair. Thanks
