Does anyone have a Popover Pan? Maybe you haven't used it in a long time or never us4ded, no longer cooking or cooking much less, or maybe you just don't like popover?
My roommate has always wanted one. You have no idea the difference in attempting to make popover in muffin tins - suffice to say, not so good! For decades, we've been using muffin tins. For decades we've been baking mini popover. Very disappointing, to say the least. Still we continue to convince ourselves how great they always came out - Note!
Very, very grateful if you happen to come across a popover Pan at the bottom of a kitchen cabinet and remember this post!
