Retro showman - outside decor (Werrington PE4)

I know it’s nowhere near Christmas but this fella needs a new home - he’s seen better days and it feels wrong to take him to the tip... he doesn’t light up - is loosing his sparkles as I type but he’s a jolly fellow that would love a new home :)
