Non running blower (KT7 - Thames Ditton)

This has been used for about 10 hours in total. The machine is about 12 years old. It hasn’t run since I lent it to a neighbour who couldn’t get it to work! Then give it back to me and I’ve not been able to start it since. If you’re good with 2Stroke motors it should be a good running machine with a little TLC.
