ride on mower (Cosby LE91)

Old ride on mower. It was working but hasn't been used for a number of years. It will need attention including a new battery and possibly new tyres.
The mower is heavy , it is 1 m wide and 2 m long. It is at the end of my garden so will need pushing about 100 m to the road, an extra person would be helpful. At the moment the front tyres are flat and the front wheels won't turn , if you pump them up this might help! You will need a ramp to get it into your van. I'm sorry I won't be able to help with any of this. I have had a few people interested so I am sending them all this information as I don't want to waste time.
