TiVo Series 1 is not activated. Comes with the original remote, though it is finicky. I swapped the hard drive for a 120GB one. Perfect for anyone looking to tinker with a classic or for parts. Missing power cord, see the second picture for the power connector; it's circular on left side and straight on the right.
