Rudbeckia roots (Barlestone CV13)

I have some Rudbeckia roots which I have pulled out. They will be tall, bright yellow and very vigorous, so will spread. Not sure if they are Goldsturm, but the flower will look like that. I have placed them in water in a trug at the moment in order to keep alive.
