Hose pipe stand with wheels (Lindfield RH16)

I tried to fix a wonky wheel and turn a rusty butterfly screw … it sheared off … in hindsight I should have left it operational ! Do you have a hose pipe stand ? With or without hose as that is about 20 years old.
