Garden plants (Yonge/Finch)

I’m helping create a native-species pollinator garden at my local school. Since Spring is plant splitting season , can a kind gardener donate any of the following:

-Black-eye Susan
-New England aster
-Culver's root
-Anise hyssop
-False Solomon seal
-Wild geranium
-Lupine
-Blue sage salvia
-Shasta daisy

Also looking for a bird bath !
