Garden shredder, Faulty. Stoke Gifford (Stoke Gifford BS34)

The motor works fine and the grinder goes round, but it doesn't actually shred anything, it just squashes thick branches. It's big and heavy.
If you can use it please collect asap, as it's outside under a tarpaulin so will get wet if it rains. Please say when you can collect, I'm off Ratcliffe Drive.
