chainsaw (Scotch Plains)

Good afternoon. I am requesting assistance in possibly diagnosing a problem with my chainsaw. I've finaggled with it for several weeks with no luck. I was initially going to give it away to someone who knew more than I did, but I don't want to give anyone something that's broken. Any help would be appreciated
