An old PC, monitor and keyboard (Perth PH1)

I gave a vulnerable elderly gent my old PC which he used for sending messages, watching Iplayer and reading newspapers. It was his lifeline to outside world. After 2 years it has broken beyond repair. Does anyone have an unused PC I could set up for him? Doesn’t have to be powerful, just enough to get by. I know he’d appreciate it. Thank you!!
