Childs Rocking Horse (Mountsorrel LE7)

Child's solid wooden rocking horse, has been in storage for some time, so needs a good clean, also could do with some paint touch up. The leather head harness is broken and needs replacing. Rocking mechanisium is working , but needs a safety check. Please note I take some time to reply. Horse is heavy to pick up and will not go into a small car boot, so maybe two people to lift into an estate car.
