Any home brewers out there? Live cell yeast - just tested and still works!
Bought by mistake in 2020 and past the printed sell by date, but just tested viability to see if any yeast were still active and Yes! I used water & sugar method to test. Bubbling began within 5 mins and foam developed after 20 mins...meaning there's still live yeast. It was never opened prior to today and stored the entire time in a very cold fridge, so that likely helped.
