functional condition You would need to buy a pool cover fixing kit (our straps and fixing clips were perished) and the cover (or see if my cover listing is still available and the right size).
This roller can be mounted in a deck, or put on posts for an above ground pool.
The aluminium roller is in sections that slide into each other so you can adjust length, we used on 12ft wide pool but goes a bit wider. This means it should fit in most cars.
