I bought this to use with the TV as using the onscreen keyboard drove me nuts.
I have a larger one now, so this is on offer.
I don't have the user manual anymore, but you might find one on the internet, but just paired it with my phone and had a play and the basics are:
Switch on the top, turn it on
Press Fn and F3 to turn bluetooth on
Pair it with your device
Fn and F2 turns the backlight on.
Keep pressing for Red/Green/Blue
It's got a touchpad (like laptops) to use as a mouse and left and right buttons

If you don't have bluetooth on your device, there's a USB dongle in with the battery which you plug into your device to use instead.
It's rechargeable via the micro USB port, so any phone charger will do.
The battery is BL-5C so if it dies, these are the old Nokia phone ones and are easily available.
