E Bike Tires 20”x4.0” (NU Campus (Brookline/UMB too))

I’m just a student trying to get to his classes and job with some very low tread e-bike tires. I was wondering if anyone out there has some extras lying around? I am willing to travel within several miles of Northeastern University’s campus, and am often by Brookline, UMass Boston, and Downtown Boston too. Thank you!
