Tefal jug kettle, slight leak (Bowerham LA1)

Kitchen kettle, cordless, in silver/black with base. One of the water level windows has a slight leak so it always drips a bit on the base. Could maybe be fixed but it might need sealant that's food-safe and can handle boiling water, unless you want it for watering plants or something. Or if you just want the base, or want to take the thing apart.
