Father Christmas figure (Coulsdon, nr, train station)

This Father Christmas figure is great ,however he needs some repairing ......as seen by the photo.
He was brought back this way and haven’t found time to do the necessary repairs to make him look “complete” again. He needs a clean and some paintwork too ,if anyone has the skills ??
He’s sitting on a piece of wood resembling a swing seat .
