Foot exerciser cycle (Hyde SK14)

Does anyone have one of these or anything similar. I have had a stroke and can’t use my left side so am trying to think of ways to get it moving again. I am in Hyde so as near as possible as I will have to try to get someone to pick up for me. Thank you in advance
