Bed rail (Top Amersham HP6)

I am looking for a bed rail like the one in the picture that is adjustable. My ability to do daily tasks seems to becoming more difficult and I find it difficult to get out of bed so this will help me immensely. I am not worried what finish it comes in.

I drive so can collect.
