Fan (Columbia Heights, DC)

I am looking for a fan that is light enough for a senior in a wheelchair to move around by herself. This neighbor lives in subsidized housing on my street in Columbia Heights. The hvac is busted in her building with no repair date in sight and she says she is roasting. (Yea I’ve also called our council member to push management to fix). With thanks in advance!
